Most standard services don't require a deposit. Deposits are required for braids, wig services, and the Crown Suite ($75 non-refundable) to hold your chair time. Square will prompt you for the deposit at booking if your service requires one.
Yes — walk-ins are welcome at both locations when chairs are open. Booking ahead is always the safest way to guarantee your time slot and your preferred barber or stylist, especially on weekends and around holidays.
Let us know as soon as you can by calling the shop directly. We'll always try to accommodate you, but we can't guarantee your full service if it cuts into the next client's time. If we can't fit the full service in, we may need to reschedule.
Cancellations and reschedules made 24 hours before your appointment are free. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit any deposit on file. Need to change a booking? Use the Square confirmation email or text — easiest way to manage it yourself.
Square supports multi-service bookings. After picking your first service, you'll see an "Add another service" option before checkout. We recommend booking everything in one visit so we hold the right amount of time for you.
Different barbers and stylists have different specialties, techniques, and consistency you've come to rely on. "Any available" can land you with someone unfamiliar with your hair, which often leads to a less satisfying cut. Booking by name gets you the chair you want.

Yes, kids of all ages are welcome at both locations. We offer Youth Haircuts for ages 12–17 and standard kids' cuts for younger children. We're known for being patient and accommodating — many parents say their child's first calm haircut experience was here.
