The Fine Print

What counts.

New clients only

Referrals must be first-time clients at the Orléans location. Anyone we've cut before doesn't count toward your total.

They have to show up

A referral counts after the new client completes their first appointment. No-shows and cancellations don't qualify.

Orléans-only program

This program runs at Orléans. Barrhaven has its own way of saying thanks — ask at the front desk.

Free cut redemption

Your free cut covers any standard haircut. Premium services (Executive Experience, Grooming Reset) and salon work aren't included.

Beauty supply discount terms

The 15% applies to a single in-shop beauty supply purchase. Excludes gift cards and items already on promotion. Max discount $30.

One cycle at a time, no stacking

Three referrals = one set of rewards. Once redeemed, your count resets to zero — keep referring, keep earning. Rewards can't be combined with other promotions, discounts, or gift cards on the same transaction.

What qualifies as a referral?

If a new client books any of these barbershop services and names you when they arrive — it counts.

Salon services (silk press, braids, twists, wig services) and beauty supply purchases don't count toward referrals. Your referrals need to book a barbershop service.

Common questions

How will I know my referral was counted?

Ask any of our barbers or front desk. We track every referral manually under your client file — we can pull it up anytime you're in the chair.

Is there a deadline to redeem my rewards?

No. Your earned cut and beauty supply discount don't expire. Use them when you need them — and you can redeem them on the same visit or different visits, whichever works for you.

Can my referrals be from anywhere — friends, family, coworkers?

Anyone you bring through the door, as long as they're new to the Orléans location. Family, friends, neighbours, coworkers — all count.

Can I refer someone to Barrhaven and have it count?

The structured referral program runs out of Orléans only. Barrhaven recognizes loyalty differently — speak to the team in shop.

What if my referral wants to book with a specific barber?

Encourage them to book by name. It helps us reduce no-shows and gives them the consistent experience that earned the referral in the first place.

Can I refer myself for a different service?

The program is built for bringing new people in. But every regular gets looked after — ask the team about what else we can do for you.
